All content on the JustChat website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software) is the exclusive property of JustChat or its partners, unless otherwise stated.

Users retain intellectual property rights over the content they publish on JustChat (messages). By posting content, you grant JustChat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely within the scope of operating the service.

6. Ephemeral Nature of the Service

JustChat is an ephemeral chat service:

• No permanent accounts: Users create temporary sessions
• Ephemeral messages: Public room messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Temporary data: No long-term retention of user data (except IP logs for 6 months as required by law)

JustChat strives to provide information as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information published on the site.

JustChat shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may result from access to the site or use of the service, including unavailability of the service, intrusion, viruses, or any event beyond our direct control.

Users are responsible for the content they publish on JustChat. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or report any inappropriate, illegal, or non-compliant content in breach of our Terms of Service.

• Rate limiting: Anti-spam limit (maximum 10 messages/minute)

JustChat uses only cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site (session cookies to maintain your WebSocket connection). We do not use advertising or intrusive tracking cookies.
